“I got into real estate first and foremost because I love dealing with people and playing my part in helping them through the important times in their life. I come from a mechanical engineering background meaning I look at things technically and really enjoy problem solving, which is integral to my role. I’d also consider myself a calm person which is also essential for the busy world of property management and the various challenges it presents.”

Having worked in the industry since 2011, Juan draws on his many years of experience, with a proactive, hands-on approach that ensures his clients feel exceptionally well cared for. A licensed real estate agent, he’s also fluent in Spanish which has proved useful in his dealings with many landlords and tenants.

“I grew up on the Northern Beaches so the area is exceptionally familiar to me. I completely understand the people, the properties and the culture. I know the calibre of service locals expect because I’m lucky enough to share their lifestyle.”
